- Sessions canceled with at least 24-48 hours notice can be rescheduled without penalty.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee or be considered forfeited.

**Refund Policy:**
- No refunds for completed sessions.
- For pre-paid packages, refunds for unused sessions can be requested within 30 days of purchase, minus any used sessions at the single-session rate.
- No refunds for packages after 30 days from purchase.

**Rescheduling:**
- Sessions can be rescheduled if notified within the specified time frame without additional fees.

**No-Show Policy:**
- No-shows may be charged the full session fee or have the session deducted from their package.

**Usage Policy:**
- All sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.
