Permission Slips:

Thoughts on How to Be a Human Being Without Beating Yourself Up for Being Human

A note from the author:

Hello Human!  :)

I finished this book in the spring of 2017 after an Idaho winter that I affectionately refer to as Snow-mageddon.  Let's just say it was colder, darker, and had a lot more "snow days" than the winter I signed up for.

It was a challenging time for me, and I got through it by being creative and tapping into all of the resources I'd gathered over the years.  I shared my process with a friend, who said, "You need to write this down.  I need this book!"

So I wrote it, and I shared it with another friend - the lovely & talented Tahirih Cahill.  She took my words and brought them to life with color and whimsy (and fancy fonts).  :)

It is my pleasure to share this collaboration of hearts with you as an advance digital copy.  I hope that you come away from reading it feeling more free, more empowered, more alive!

With love,

Casey

p.s.

I still need to keep my copy handy.  Even though I'm the author, I need to be reminded that I have permission to: allow myself grace, be an adventurer, make noise and take up space, and create my own Door Number Three (along with the rest of the Permission Slips I write about).
