Cancellation Policy
- Sessions canceled with at least 24-48 hours notice can be rescheduled without penalty.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee or be considered forfeited.
Refund Policy
- No refunds for completed sessions.
- For pre-paid packages, refunds for unused sessions can be requested within 30 days of purchase, minus any used sessions at the single-session rate.
- No refunds for packages after 30 days from purchase.
Rescheduling
- Sessions can be rescheduled if notified within the specified time frame without additional fees.
No-Show Policy
- No-shows may be charged the full session fee or have the session deducted from their package.
Usage Policy
- All sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.
These policies ensure commitment and respect for both the client's and the coach's time.

Confidentiality Notice:
- Respecting Privacy: I respect the confidentiality of all my clients. As such, the new client must consent to me notifying the person who recommended them of a successful referral. Please note, if the new client was the only person recommended by them, their identity may be easily determined. The new client has the right to decline, in which case no referral bonuses will be awarded in order to protect client confidentiality. These measures are in place to ensure the privacy and trust of all clients in our coaching relationship.
